If you need to reschedule a consultation or a session, please use the rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation email. We ask for 72 hours notification, but we understand this is not always possible. Sometimes, life just gets in the way of things.
If you need to cancel a session and you would like your money back, please use the cancellation link in your Calendly confirmation email. Once the session has been cancelled, reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know the reason you have decided to cancel. All cancellations made 72 hours before your scheduled session time will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after 72 hours will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
